A former Director of the Shridath Ramphal Centre for International Trade Law, Policy and Services, University of the West Indies, and member of staff at the Institute of International Relations, as well as academic coordinator of the post-graduate diploma in Arts and Cultural Enterprise Management program, University of the West Indies (UWI), Trinidad & Tobago.

Frances-Anne Solomon is an award-winning filmmaker, writer, and producer in film, TV, radio, theatre, and new media. Born in England of Trinidadian parents, she was raised and educated in the Caribbean and Canada before moving to Great Britain where she built a successful career with the BBC as a TV Drama Producer and Executive Producer. Dr. Terrence W. Farrell worked in both the public and private sectors. He was Director of Research and later Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Trinidad & Tobago (1992–1995). Within the private sector, he was Regional Manager for an IT services company from 1995–1997 and Group Executive Director at Guardian Holdings Limited from 1998–2005, responsible for Strategy and Business Development and President of Guardian General Limited from 2005-2006.
