Frances-Anne Solomon, Founder, CEO

Frances-Anne Solomon is an award-winning filmmaker, writer, and producer in film, TV, radio, theatre, and new media. Born in England of Trinidadian parents, she was raised and educated in the Caribbean and Canada before moving to Great Britain where she built a successful career with the BBC as a TV Drama Producer and Executive Producer. Prior to joining One Caribbean Media as Group Chief Executive Officer in June 2008, Dr. Terrence W. Farrell worked in both the public and private sectors. He was Director of Research and later Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Trinidad & Tobago (1992–1995). Within the private sector, he was Regional Manager for an IT services company from 1995–1997 and Group Executive Director at Guardian Holdings Limited from 1998–2005, responsible for Strategy and Business Development and President of Guardian General Limited from 2005-2006.
