SWAAGTV is a 24/7 LOCAL News and Entertainment Broadcast, Cable, and Streaming Television Station created to serve the 1.7 million African American population that represents 600,000 television households in Chicago.

SwaagTV is borne from the vision of Joseph F. Sanchez.  According to Mr. Sanchez, Owner/CEO, “SWAAGTV is All Black…All Day!” He launched SWAAGTV in recognition of the fact that Black audiences are the only major ethnic group in America without any local broadcast television stations that are devoted to serving their local communities. Local television media outlets are an important part of the fabric of communities throughout America, and yet, Black media does not operate in this space in any market. SWAAGTV fills the void.
